It's foamy! But your mouth does feel clean. I purchased this toothpaste because I've been using another brand that hasn't been as effective on treating Paradontal Disease. I decided to try Crest Pro Health Gum detoxify. For all of its benefits and I must say it's only been a few weeks but you can definitely 1. feel your mouth much cleaner, 2. It's a foamy toothpaste, try keeping your mouth close, if possible, 3. It tastes OK, the toothpaste leaves a 4. (Piggybacking off point 3) Fresh, clean, taste that makes you feel like your doing something positive for your gums or oral health altogether. For this reason I provided a 4 star rating, time will tell if this toothpaste is really as effective as it states. I will state: After using this toothpaste for the past 2 weeks, I noticed a slight improvement over the redness, and sorness that I was experiencing. This reduction has felt a little less sensitive, which is a big win for me since I tend to have issues with gum irritation and bleeding. So on this note. I'm please and optimistic.
