The unique shape of this 6 quart crock provides a generous area of cooking surface to accommodate larger portions of meat. It cooks sizable pieces to the perfect tenderness and so juicy. We love using the Sous Vide feature for Salmon and Steaks. So easy to prep and clean up with just one dish. The temp prop is great for making sure things don't over cook. This is my go to crock for all occasions. I purchased this to replace the first one I had enjoyed for several years.
