These replacement toothbrush heads install great on my Oral B Braun electric toothbrush that I got from my orthodontist. I ordered these replacement heads specifically because they mention "Extra Soft Bristles" in the title. They come in a box with three sealed packages with four heads each, a total of 12 replacement heads. They are easy to install on the toothbrush and work like the genuine oral b replacement heads. My concern is that they do not have extra soft bristles and my gums can attest to that. Looking at the side of the box they came in, it states that they are "medium stiffness". I don't know if there was an unintentional mistake or what, but this isn't what I wanted. **These are sold as "Extra Soft Bristles" but come as "Medium Stiffness."
