Reusable Crystal Hair Remover Magic Painless Exfoliation Hair Removal Tool
I really wasn't sure what to expect with this tool - it sounded too good to be true! Simply rub it along your legs instead of the laborious task of shaving and still get smooth legs? Sign me up! It didn't quite live up to the promise, but overall not a bad product either. I used this without having shaved in several weeks and I think that was must more than this tool was intended for. It did leave some areas of my legs soft and smooth, but was far from perfect and I wasn't able to get the precision I'm used to with a razor. It also feels quite rough - like rubbing sandpaper on your legs. This makes sense, given what it's doing, but I actually found the experience more unpleasant than shaving as well. The quality of hair remover feels mediocre. The handle feels like cheap plastic, and I definitely can see the paint chipping off easily, while the actual hair removal surface feels metal or ceramic with a pattern to remove hair in any direction. It feels nice, but also wasteful if it gets worn down and you can't just replace a small head like you can with a razor. This might be a useful touch-up tool to clean up shaved legs after a few days without having to do it all, but by no means will it replace a razor. Read more
Best exfoliating tool ever! Leaves skin soft as a baby's tushie
I thought the glowing reviews for these "nano glass callus and skin smoothers" were exaggerating but every good thing said about this handy tool is true. It's comfortable to hold, requires no pressure against the skin at all, doesn't scratch or "burn" like some of the "cheese grater" type of callus remover files, and it removes dry and rough skin like an absolute miracle. I used it in the shower on my feet, legs and arms and smoothed on a good lotion after drying off and can honestly say my skin hasn't looked this soft and smooth in years.
