The media could not be loaded. This portable crystal-like LED table lamp/vase includes a USB-C to USB-A cable for charging. The back of the lamp has a USB-C port which you can use with the included cable to charge it. It does not include a USB power adapter. You'll have to use one you have already. There is a small light next to the port that will light up red when charging and turn to green when fully charged. After charging it, there is an on/off button underneath the lamp that you will want to use to turn it on. Once on, you can control the lamp's functionality using the touch button at the front base of the lamp. There are three different modes of light. Including a warm light and a cool light. Touching that button will cycle through them one at a time and touching it again will turn it off. What is nice about this lamp is that you can use it in kinds of ways. You can use it as is without anything inside the vase section of the lamp. Or you can fill it with water and place fresh-cut flowers in the vase. Or you can use artificial flowers instead, in which case you won't need to fill the vase with water. For this review, I didn't have any fresh-cut flowers on hand, and since it is still the middle of winter, there was nothing growing outside that I could use, so therefore, I used some artificial flowers I had on hand. They are not included; I added them to see how it might look with flowers. I have better artificial flowers on order that I will use instead of these, and come springtime, I will use fresh-cut flowers. I also experimented with placing other things in the vase, such as artificial ice/diamonds, to see how that might look being lit from underneath. I also added a gold beaded string decor to see what that might look like as well. Once charged, the lamp worked as expected, and I had no issues using it. It does come with instructions as well. The materials feel solid, durable, and sturdy. It is constructed with plastic and metal. It is not real crystal glass for the vase section. The light is bright, so it can be seen even when used in a well-lit room. Or you can dim your lights for further enhancement of this lamp. You can also control the brightness of the lamp itself by tapping and holding the front control button. It will also remember that brightness for the next time you use it, so you will not have to constantly adjust it once you find a setting you like. I do like having the control button in the front of the lamp for easy access to it. The depth of the vase section is about 4.5 inches, so you wouldn't be able to use very long-stemmed flowers, but you could cut them to fit if necessary. It makes a great gift, even if you are giving it to yourself. At the asking price of $29, I would have expected a larger-sized lamp. Read more
This portable lamp did not disappoint! All I had to do was fully charge it, and it was ready to illuminate my space. The crystal like surround makes the light radiate and sparkle in different directions. Absolutely stunning! The lamp arrives fully assembled. Included is a USB plug to charge it with, as well as a small instruction booklet. They say to fully charge it before using which I did. The crystal look lamp surround is made from a thick plastic. It’s so well done that it looks like real crystal. I thought it was real crystal at first. When I first plugged it in, there was a small red light glowing by the plug port. Once fully charged, the light turned green which meant it was ready to use. There’s a black On/Off button under the lamp base that needs to be pushed in to turn the unit on. Then you lightly tap your finger on the small silver button on the lamp base, and the LED lamp turns on. There are three light modes on this lamp, so you can cycle through and change the light from yellow light, to warm, to white, and then finally to off again. You can also dim and brighten the light by continuously holding your finger on the silver button. If you want to completely turn the lamp off so the light can’t he turned on, just press the black button under the lamp base to shut it down. This crystal lamp also doubles as a vase which I didn’t realize until I received it. It can be used to display faux florals, but it’s waterproof, so you can fill it with water, and display live flowers in it. I love that! I would not charge it with water in it though. This is a little smaller than I thought, especially since it was touted as also working as a flower vase. Best that it is used as a decorative lamp or as a centerpiece. After charging, it took me a while to get it to light up. The printed instructions weren't very clear, so it was literally touch-and-go to figure out how it works. I do like that it is dim-able, and that the light can be a bright white or soft amber. Very attractive but small lamp that functions more as a decorative lamp rather than a bedside lamp by which someone can read a book. It's not that kind of lamp. Read more
