So let’s start with durability it’s pretty good if you don’t over stuff it and don’t have anything fragile inside. Never carry it by the handle itself if you’re worried. I do all of those things so I carry it from the bottom. The bottom portion can hold a 3 month supply of Dexcom G7s I can tell you from experience and we also keep ketone blood strips, glucose test strips, and lancets comfortably. With a little creativity you can also fit needle tips. I see you other T1D families! It worked fine for us for awhile. It held everything with a little creativity up until we switched from MDI to a pump. This thing absolutely could fit cartridges and auto softs if well it wasn’t completely packed already. It can fit a lot but it can’t fit everything. Especially if you’re buying Sam’s Club bulk alcohol wipes. I’ll say this would be great for a school supply box if you’re in the same club. If you’re looking for a regular medicine box for bandaids, gauze, cold medicine, allergy meds etc. or a first aid kit this is generous in space. Pretty decent craft box too. However if you’re like this family and need a whole crash cart at the ready and rival a small pharmacy well let me suggest searching for in the above bar a roller cart, “narrow” storage, fabric dressers, fabric chest of drawers, storage with drawers, and the like. Also a tip I read awhile ago from another T1D mom was pencil pouches for pump changes at the ready. If you’re overwhelmed and supplies are stacking up everywhere I see you. You’ll find your groove and what works and what doesn’t work. You have got this! This was the very first box we bought to hold supplies at diagnosis and it’s been coming up 2 years now. I want everything at the ready together so I’m not sure if I want to buy another and keep them side by side or take my own advice and get something bigger and let this become a school box. I think this could also be used in a nursery to hold baby health items fabulously. Read more
The CTIME 4-Tier XL Medicine Organizer is a total game changer! It has so much space and makes it incredibly easy to keep all my medications, vitamins, and first aid supplies neatly organized. The tiered design is super convenient—you can see everything at a glance without digging around. I love the sturdy build and the sleek look, and the leather handle adds a nice touch while making it easy to carry. It’s perfect for both home use and travel, keeping everything secure and in one place. If you’re looking for a practical and well-designed medicine organizer, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend! Read more
Absolutely genius product. Appealing and it holds so much. I just loaded it with my prescription medications in the bottom compartment that is dark and sealed away from daylight. The other compartments hold my dry eye products and my routine Band-Aids, and first aid cream for the grandchildren. A truly remarkable piece of engineering that is space-saving yet separates my personal medication from my grandma first aid kit all in one place. The carrying handle on top makes it so easy to pickup. Read more
I like the design because the three tiers help keep medicines organized and easy to see. It’s very convenient for storing different medications in one place. However, the plastic feels fragile and the side latches sometimes fail. Mine opened accidentally and the plastic cracked when it fell. It’s a useful organizer, but the material could be stronger. Love this item! The only thing that could make this any better would be a sheet of labels. I have some coming tomorrow, so it's fine. This fit all of the meds from my kitchen cabinet and my bathroom cabinet. Love being able to use each shelf for a different purpose.. 1 shelf is all GI/stomach stuff, 1 shelf is all cold/sinus, 1 shelf is skin/first-aid, the bottom is deep and holds vitamins, sprays, creams, alcohol, and cough drops. Love the weekly organizer that comes with it also. I plan on using that little one for my vitamins and supplements so I can keep those jars off the counter. Great space saver, and it is adorable! Very sleek! Great price to get all of this space back! Read more
Much needed organizer. Great size and I love the fact that you can take it apart and organize it, just the way you want to. You can also label it, if you want to. I love that you can snap it together and has handal to carry it. Read more
It fits alot of medicine but not the really large bottles. I'm very happy with my purchase and am ordering another one. Read more
I like this chest a lot. It is designed very well. I have a mounting collection of meds and health supplements that are currently scattered in zippered cases, cardboard boxes, and plastic trays that I want to pull together in one overall organizer. It is a large chest, but I will probably end up getting another just to handle the volume. PROS: 1) Well designed. 2) Three tiers for small, medium, and taller bottles. 3) Snap closures at the sides allow direct entry to the exact tier you want to access. 4) Handle on top to easily move around. 5) Large size for volume storage. 6) This chest would be great for storing other things like jewelry or art supplies. CONS: 1) The handle is leather. A braided plastic might afford better longevity. I see replacing at some point. 2) The case is made from a very hard, non flexible plastic. I don't see this case sustaining any kind of sharp or high velocity insukt well. 3) For this kind of hard plastic, this chest is a bit pricey. Read more
