My son is 43.5 inches tall, 41 pounds. I bought the small because my son does not like tight clothing. The small says it's for size 6-7 and 42 - 59lb. The pants fit him PERFECTLY. They're snug against the skin but not tight. They're the perfect length as pants, any taller and they would be more like 3/4 length pants. The shirt on the other hand, was WAY too tight. The length was fine, I expected it to be longer though. But I mean it was so tight on his arms there was no way I was getting that on him. He's tall and skinny, with skinny arms. I didn't even get it on him all the way, we just put it back in the bag to return. As far as material goes, it's softer on the inside and would help kids stay nice and warm! I am so incredibly happy about this that I have to write a review. I can’t get my 6 year old son to wear anything. He refuses to wear anything that will keep him warm. But NOT THIS gem!!
