This is a really nice pan. The price is great, in some cases half the price of other brands. It's heavier than I expected. Nice and sturdy and if you use as directed isn't likely to warp. I used it immediately. The cake cooked evenly, the release was great and clean up was super easy!! I used a light mist of a non-GMO cooking spray. Great bundt pan. Excellent quality and weight. I was in a local retailer pricing a bundtcpan and this exact pan was 25.00. There was another pan, less weight for 13.00$. Cuisinart is a brand that doesn't disappoint. This bundt pan I more heavier than I thought but thats fine. Definitely non stick I spray my pans anyway. But at least no messy flour. Easy clean up. Very easy. My lemon bundt cake came out perfect. Do buy. Read more
