Easy to use, worth the $, easy to store away

Love, love this ice cream maker. It’s basically just a specialized immersion blender. Comes with 3 “bowls “ and lids ( wish it was 4). Prepare the ice cream mixture, pour into bolw(s), freeze 24 and blend. SIMPLE. I have carpel tunnel and was afraid it may be a problem using the blender, but I found it VERY easy to use. The only problem I had was in cleaning the blades. Instructions say don’t immerse them in water, but if you don’t, it’s hard to clean thoroughly around and under. I clean with a wet paper towel but it’s very time consuming. All in all, I would buy again ( needs more recipes!!) Read more

Beats the Creami (I have both)

HotrodSeptember 23, 2025✓ Verified purchase

First batch of ice cream eaten!!!! I own the Ninja Creami and couldn’t resist this one. My comparison: - containers are half the size or less, perfect for single serving - much quieter, much faster! - very easy to use. Doesn’t require lots of muscle or thought about how hard/fast to push - blend not quite as fine/smooth. Gonna experiment with it a bit - easy to clean, although pushing the blade out to clean takes a bit to figure out with just 2 hands - Super easy to store Ideas for improvement: - recipe book is lacking. I’d like some basic rules to follow (max 1 cup liquid, no frozen fruit, etc) A note on alcohol would be helpful too - max point on cups is a little up arrow. Needs a line - super powerful motor. Could they make food processor or blender attachments? Overall, fantastic for the price! If I were going to only purchase one this would be it, given the niche tool and usage it will get in my kitchen. Read more

Better Than Creami!

A. LegateJanuary 10, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I LOVE this machine! I had a Ninja Creami and returned it. It was way too bulky on my counter and wouldn't fit under the cabinets. And it was SO LOUD! It drove me nuts to use. It was also more expensive. I ended up buying this as a replacement and am so happy that I did. The cups aren't as large as the Creami ones, but that's fine with me. You get 3 cups and the machine fits in a drawer - not taking up space on the countertop! If there is a negative, it's that the mechanical part that holds the blade is a little tricky to clean, but that's a small price to pay for this machine. Also, I have rheumatoid arthritis and was worried that it would be tough pushing down or pulling up on the handle while it mixes. That isn't the case at all! I can do it with one hand - super easy! I would highly recommend!! I would definitely buy again! Read more

Easy to clean, easy to store, works well!

I really love this. It is priced so much better than the Ninja Cremi and is so easy to store! Super simple to use. The reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that you have to blend your ice cream many, many times before it gets creamy. Also very easy to clean!!! Read more

Gets the Job Done!

Lisa Z LaurenFebruary 3, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I was really hesitant to buy this machine and watched tons of reviews. I only do protein milk plus protein powder and some times yogurt. I have a creami at home which I love but wanted a smaller, prettier version for my little vacation place. Here's my tested results: IF you are doing protein versions, let the container sit out for 15 minutes. Add about 2 tbls of milk before the first run. Then run it one more time and it comes out perfect. If you try to process straight from the freezer, the machine struggles because it is less powerful than a creami. The container is small so one serving is perfect. Super easy to store the machine as well. Clean up is a breeze. I'm really happy with it. If you do the protein ice creams choose a powder that already has emulsifiers in it (like guar gum etc) then you don't have to mess with pudding powders and such. I eat ice cream for lunch and get 30 grams of protein. Heaven. Read more

Just as good (if not better) than the Ninja Creami!

MCMJanuary 17, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I have had this for about a week. I bought my parents and in-laws the Ninja Creami and wanted something smaller for my tiny apartment kitchen. Although it has less settings than the Creami it really doesn’t need all the extra settings. I have made traditional ice cream, gelato, (healthier) Greek yogurt ice cream and it has been wonderful so far. Compared to the Creami, it is quieter, takes up less space, cheaper, arguably easier to use, faster (not by much), and accomplishes the same task. One downside is that the Creami comes with a booklet with TONS of recipes but those are all available online. Perfect for a couple with smaller space who doesn’t need large servings! Read more

Perfect for sweet treats!

GigiFebruary 16, 2026✓ Verified purchase

Love this Cuisinart fast freeze! Love that you’ve got portion control. The ease of using it, and you can make any type of ice cream recipe, mixture/concoction that you can come up with. . I’ve literally whipped up half-and-half, 2% milk, vanilla powder, and a couple of squirts of sugar-free vanilla syrup and filled the containers. Turned out great, perfect vanilla flavor and more of an ice milk type of ice cream, which I love. The next evening while blending, I added some cacao chips and a bit of peppermint extract. I really like the fact that I can conjure up my own recipes while cutting back on the sugar content. I always keep containers ready in the freezer so that I can grab, blend and start enjoying to eat in a matter of minutes. I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I ordered, but this product exceeded my expectations. Read more
