It's easy to use, clean and assemble. Just ensure it's fully frozen. If u have the space in your freezer, just leave it there until you need it. My first batch turned out horrible. I had to throw it out. I used a recipe that used heated milk to help dissolve the sugar. I guess it wasn't cold enough because it just wouldn't get thick. Having your mixture in the fridge for 2 hours before churning is the key. I also wrapped the cannister with a heavy towel while churning which kept it cold. I think I could have made 2 batches since I insulated it. Ice cream came out nice and thick and creamy. Read more

This made the best egg free, sugar free soft serve, with just milk, allulose, vanilla, cocoa powder, heavy cream and a pinch of salt! Family liked mine better than the sugary one they made! Just be sure to freeze the bowl at least 12 hours between uses. Only drawback is the 12 hour wait, but one batch fills a quart container! So yummy! And no binders or artificial ingredients.
