The knives feel perfectly balanced in the hand, and the blades are razor sharp right out of the box. Chopping vegetables, slicing meat, or even something as delicate as herbs feels effortless. Compared to my old set, these knives stay sharp much longer, and the handles are super comfortable even during long cooking sessions.
