I have tried many products but Cure Hydration worked immediately and the taste is great with very little sugar. However, sugar is an electrolyte as well. The instructions suggest 1 pack per day mixed in cold water. I bought the berry and the strawberry kiwi. They are both so delicious I'm having a very hard time drinking just 1 per day. These are my new favorites AND my Dr. approves. Definitely recommend! Win, Win. Read more

These mix ins dissolve really easily, no clumping. They taste really good too. The flavoring isn’t too strong or light. They are a bit on the pricier side for mix ins, but they work well so I’ll probably buy them again every now and then. Read more
I have been looking for a clean electrolyte and have finally found it! The flavors are great! I drink 60-90 oz of water a day and sometimes just want a little flavoring, I only put 1/2 the packet in my 60oz water bottle and it gives me exactly what I need! Read more

I love the smell and the flavors very delicious still has at the end the salt taste but nothing like the ones I have tried before so in my opinion it is very drinkable. Don't like the price as you run out quick so I will be looking for something less expensive that does not taste like drinking salt water. Read more
