This wrist brace has been a huge help for my carpal tunnel. The 2-in-1 design with adjustable straps makes it easy to customize the fit and level of support, whether I’m working, typing, or sleeping. It feels sturdy without being bulky, and the material is soft and breathable. I love that it provides stability while still allowing enough movement to get through daily tasks. The quality is excellent, and it stays in place all night without discomfort. A must-have for anyone dealing with wrist pain or looking for reliable support. Highly recommend! Read more

This is my LIFE SAVER. My hands and arms hurt regularly and I refuse the doctors. I use them and they work amazing. Well worth the money. I have even washed them and they work. And I do not do laundry lightly. It ALL goes in or else LOL Read more

Fits perfect. The wrist braces the doctors gave me were just too big. This one fits perfect for my small hand and wrist after cast removal. I like that I can change the support level as my wrist gets stronger. Read more

I got this brace because it was a different color than the usual black that braces come in. If it wasn't a one-size-fits-all then it would be one of the best braces out there if you need to keep your wrist from moving. So, because of thr OSFA there is a little bit of wiggle room. Since you can trade out the metal splints you can give yourself more room to move your wrist but mine needs to stay still. It's pretty comfortable. I've taken the rods out and thrown it into the washer because we all know that using a cloth to clean it doesn't help when we naturally end up in sweating when having a cloth/brace around our joints all day. My only other complaint is that the straps do put pressure on the ulnar (outer) side of the wrist which is were a lot of my pain is. It's worth it though. Read more

First - if your wrist is ANYWHERE near the L/XL size range, get it, not the L. It seems to be sized a bit small. My wrist measured right at 8" and the L/XL is nearly maxed out as it is with it mildly tight. I banged up my wrist in Nov 23 and gave in and got this in Dec 23 in case I needed it for a trip in January. After using it for a couple of weeks, it looked like the loop fasteners were wearing very fast, so I figured it would only last me a few months, but if it helped my wrist heal faster, it was worth it. Since then, I use it a few hours a day when I know I might be doing things that will flex my wrist too far. It works well for this. The adjustability of the spring and flat plates is GREAT! NOTE: The flat plates are aluminum, not steel. I was worried they would bend over time because of that, but they're still doing fine. I use a spring plate in the "top" pocket and a flat plate in the "bottom", it gives me a medium flexibility up and down while still stopping the flex inward in the "wrong" direction for my injury. The hole for the thumb could use some padding. After just using it a few days, it was wearing the skin on my thumb, so I cut up a can koozie and fitted it within the brace with about 1/4" sticking out past the area on the back of the hand near the index finger with a hole about 1/8" smaller than the brace hole for my thumb. This padded my thumb and the back of my hand where the straps were, as I managed to bruise my hand when testing both stiff plates as they dug into the back of my hand when I lifted my hand up against them. The loop fastening hasn't worn too badly since I first noticed it getting really "fuzzy" and worn by the hooks, so it would probably last in daily use for many months. For the price, it is WELL worth getting. Read more

I wear a wrist brace to bed to stabilize one of my wrists, but my current brace is big and bulky and not very breathable. I bought this one because of its shorter length and the added metal splints on the top as well as the bottom. It is perfect. The fabric is very soft and breathable, and the splints keep my wrist from bending without having to tighten it uncomfortably. It ticks all of the boxes, and was a great value as well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if needed for my left wrist. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I measured my wrist to see what size I need and it said small so I ordered it and it does not fit right. There is too much of a gap between the brace and the top of my hand. The solid bars cut into the top of my hand. I think that if I even had an extra small it would not suffice as the bars would probably cut in even deeper. The flexible rods are more comfortable, but then again, I’m left with how tight Ithe brace and the top of my hand. The solid bars cut into the top of my hand. I think that if I even had a extra small it would not suffice as the bars would probably cut in even deeper. The flexible rods are more comfortable, but then again I’m left with how tight I have to pull the Velcro straps, tight enough for Support. The Palm side of the brace does not have enough support to hold my wrist stable. Plus it’s plastic and cannot be removed. I would not recommend this particular item if you suffer from joint pain, arthritis, TCC, tears, cysts, carpal tunnel, etc. Don’t waste your money. Read more
