I bought this not really expecting it to work. It's been 30 days. I use it every other day, and I'm starting to see improvements. The picture with the blue shirt was taking on day 0. The 2nd picture (no visible shirt) was taken 28 days later. It looks to me like there are some significant improvements, especially on the bottom half of my neck. The lines on my neck and chest are visibly reduce. Also the redness in my skin is gone. The most important point is that both the company AND Amazon ignored my request for a refund. This arrived broken. Firstly, the charging light didn't work properly. It stayed solid green. Secondly, I had the product work one time, and after that, nothing, even though I tried three times.
