Great product and customer service.
I am very happy with this company and the final product. I ordered the blue/orange design and when the controller was received it didn’t match what the picture showed online. I immediately sent a message to the company and they worked with me to remedy the issue; I received a controller with the new design I picked within 7 days and received a full refund for the controller I was not happy with. This was a gift for my son and he was very happy with the controller and the new design. A big thanks and appreciation to the customer service agent at Customer Controllerzz. Read more

I had a hectic end to 2024, and didnt get to play for months after this was gifted to me. Sadly there was an issue with the controller, and reaching out to Amazon they had 0 help. Wouldnt contact seller, Seller made it right after a few contacts. I cant thank them enough for honoring the purchase and making it right. Great stuff Read more
