I am very happy with this company and the final product. I ordered the blue/orange design and when the controller was received it didn’t match what the picture showed online. I immediately sent a message to the company and they worked with me to remedy the issue; I received a controller with the new design I picked within 7 days and received a full refund for the controller I was not happy with. I had a hectic end to 2024, and didnt get to play for months after this was gifted to me. Sadly there was an issue with the controller, and reaching out to Amazon they had 0 help.
