This was the first time I had a mug like this made. Wasn't sure how it would turn out. The ordering process made things very easy. I ordered the 11 oz. mug with a picture on both sides. Both pictures were gorgeous. The mug is a very good quality with a very good thickness and weight to it. The handle provides a very comfortable grip. I gave this as a gift and recipient loved it! The photo and lettering were spot on. I would say that the lettering was slightly slanted but I could barely notice it. I was able to get one photo and lettering on either side. The color was also spot on as well. The mug is just a regular white mug. Not that heavy, and it seems that it will hold up a while. I have has it since December 2024 and it is now March 2025.
