Cheap thin materials.
This backpack is super cute. I love the style and I love the little accessories it comes with. The big issue is that the backpack itself is made of very cheap materials. After about 1.5 months of use both clasps on the straps (the strap adjusters) snapped in half so I couldn't even wear this bag anymore. I used superglue and a 3d printing pen to fix the strap adjusters cause the bag is so cute but this isn't a great fix. The buckle on one of the front pockets broke off sometime after that and I can't find it. Also one of the zippers doesn't work anymore. Really disappointing because its so cute. Read more

I love this I bought it it took like 5 days I waited 3 days and then it came! I love the color the thing it also has and it’s so cute it’s pretty deep so its pretty useful with like deep books again I love it I am so happy and it was all perfect nothing broken just a pretty cute backpack!! Very cheap - edited
With in the first month one zipper already broke and now one of the straps came completely undone. We have only had the bag for a little over a month and of course we can no longer return it. Edit: After leaving this review the seller reached out offering to give me a full refund. My daughter really loves this backpack so I asked if they could just send another one to replace the one that broke and they agreed. Hopefully the new one holds up! I am very impressed with the seller and their attempt to make it right! Read more
