I don’t know what mixture to add in the plate

On the plate it is kinda tiny but it was fine when I tried to roll it didn’t work and on the instructions it was all in Chinese so I just added heavy whipping cream it worked but didn’t roll I hope this helped and if any one knows what to add please tell me. Read more
