This thing is... hilarious. I'm sorry. I thought it was small. I SEE IT SAYS LARGE, I DO, I SEE THAT but then they make it sound like you can just put it on your vanity and it's gonna be real cutesy and dainty and stuff, and omg... it's massive. I absolutely cackled when I opened the box because the scale is just ridiculous compared to what I was expecting. It does require some assembly which is simple enough (mostly snapping pieces together and screwing on the knob), but for the price of $34.99, I mean... it's super cheap/plasticky feeling overall. The knob especially and reminds me of a lil clown nose with that bright color and shiny plastic. It was also obnoxious to put on tbh, I had to twist and push pretty hard, felt like it was fighting me. To class it up I'd def replace the knob with something nicer like wood or metal to make it feel less toy-like. Unless this is for a kiddo of course. And the space on the other side of the roof is like... useless? Not sure why it's indented tbh, you can't really put anything stable there without it sliding down and pooling in the bottom + looking awkward. The drawer is not lined at all, so anything you put in here is just gonna WANGJANGLE AROUND noisily every time you open it (rings, earrings, small chains = total chaos). However, the actual usable part, the bit they show off the most with the little compartments for your rings and such, is very useable and cute. The dividers work well for organizing, the "windows" and roof details are adorable in person, and it does look charming when it's filled and displayed. I love the idea of this quirky lil house jewelry organizer, I just wish it was executed better (better materials, lined drawers, more practical roof space, less clown-nose knob). Very cute way to organize your jewelry! I love the look of this cute little house sitting on my bathroom counter. It keeps my jewelry much more organized than the ring tray I’ve been piling everything into. You do have to do some minimal assembly - but it probably took 5-10 minutes, including putting the clear file holder things in it. It has a great place for rings and earrings, a drawer that I am using for bracelets, and the clear dividers that can be used to store necklaces, pairs of earrings, etc. I love the clear windows on the top so you can see what is inside. A little difficult to open given the plastic loops that hold the lids on the jewelry box “house.” The padded organizer side seems nice and plenty of room for jewelry. The other side has hanging bags for additional items. There is also a drawer. It’s a little hard to pull out (you have to wiggle it).
