This black v-neck tee fits me true to size. I took a medium, and am 6’ tall and 150 lbs. I would call this a slim fit or a semi-slim fit. The material is really nice, lightweight but not cheap or transparent, with some stretch. Arm hole openings are just right for me—if you are really muscled and built they may be a little bit form fitting or even tight. And if you have a bit of a dad bod gut, this also may not be the shirt for you. The v-neck is shallow, which I like. This tee sits smoothly under an open button-front shirt, which can be hard to find. I like that this allows me to layer—I can take the long sleeved shirt off and still look put together not like I am in an undershirt. The curved bottom means it looks good when worn out, but it is also long enough to be tucked in, which was a nice surprise. I wasn't able to review this shirt as quickly as I wanted to because when it initially arrived it had white streaks on the shirt. After a wash it was fine and I tried wearing it for a few days. As for my shirt preferences, I typically would wear a Uniqlo supima cotton tee or a Lululemon fundamental tee so I will compare it to those two brands and model of tees. After washing the shirt, it didn't have any loose threads come out the binding was all intact. That was a problem I noticed in some reviews before getting the shirt and for mine it was perfectly fine. Time will tell but it survived one wash at least. As for the fit, it fit but out of all the companies I felt this was the tightest fitting. Not tight to the point it was uncomfortable but that it was noticeable and I believe it really is to help create an alluring silhouette. I think it succeeds when being upright but can feel very close when sitting down. It's a quality shirt that is a tier above a typical Hanes but I would pick it up only if there was a sale or promotion of some sort. I absolutely love this black v-neck tee-shirt by Cuts. I've never worn a shirt that fit so well and felt so comfortable. The material combination (62% polyester, 33% cotton, 5% spandex) is amazing. It's super-soft while also having a good amount of stretch and breathability. The stitching throughout is perfect. This shirt looks and feels amazing and it fits my body perfectly. I am 5'10" and 170-175 and I ordered the recommended medium. It's a somewhat snug fit but it's meant to fit that way and it really looks and feels great. If you are looking for a more baggy look I'd suggest sizing up 1. This is an expensive shirt, especially for being just a black tee, but it's instantly become my favorite and I'm very happy that I ordered it. The quality, comfort, and fit are all top-notch so it's potentially worth the price. I will certainly keep an eye on this company and look out for deals and sales going forward, and I will definitely consider Cuts in the future. Despite the steep price this is a 5-star tee. It is a premium shirt with good construction and detail, and not just an expensive T shirt. I often size down to medium to get a more fitted look, but the cut is clearly intended to contour. In a medium it's just plain snug. Size up if you want some room, otherwise it's true to size. I've had other premium shirts that seemed ridiculous at the time but stayed close to new looking for a long time. Those wore well for years until the spandex simply gave out, and hopefully this will be the same. I have no problem paying more if it's worth the same as buying 3 cheaper and means less waste. Otherwise, I know it's an active shirt, but personally I'd like to see the the cotton percentage increased relative to the polyester. Read more

I washed this shirt multiple times on regular cycle and dry it on regular. It comes out looking new every single time. The neck doesn't get saggy and there is no pill. I have the same shirt but different color for over 2 years (I got directly from them) and it still looks brand new. The black one has held up just as well these past few weeks. The fit is more fitted, more tight in the arms but loose around the waist. It sits a little longer than normal tshirts due to the curve hem. I like the fit. I'm 5'8 and about 150 pounds, I work out often so it fits well. I'm usually in between a small for oversized shirts and a medium for regular sized. I ordered this for my son, but the medium was a little small on him. As a result, I decided to try the shirt on. (Female, medium build) It's a pretty comfortable shirt, but I don't love the material. I feel like it holds heat in and clings in a way that isn't desirable. It's not made of a wicking material, but it doesn't feel as soft as pure cotton. I think I just am not a fan of spandex. Again, this is purely subjective, but I wouldn't buy this again. Read more
