Bought two, only one worked on plugging in

Ordered two. One has worked very well for 5 months, the other either had some initialization issue or dead faceplate where it didn't work out of the box. Long story short, UPS drops off but can't pick up. Amazon was great with getting Maersk to pickup but it was a huge inconvenience. If your system can go down to a 1000w UPS, do that and just get a second one if need be. That said, if you need 1500-3000w, this is definitely not bad once you get it in place and survive the initial boot up. Switches on flawlessly even during loads over 1000w. Still haven't tried the software. Read more

Do not trust this brand. There rack mount system nearly destroyed my NAS with power "flickering" - Repeated attempts to resolve the issue went no where. These guys are NOT APC. They are an off brand marketing themselves as reliable. The failures there gear caused me are unacceptable as was their "warranty" support. Horrible. Read more
