I really like this bed frame. The farmhouse design with the wavy wood and metal looks great and feels much more expensive than it actually was. My thoughts: Very Sturdy: It’s a solid platform. I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s completely noise-free—no squeaking or wobbling. No Box Spring Needed: My mattress fits perfectly on the slats, which saved me the extra cost and height of a box spring. Easy to Style: The wood grain and metal mix go with pretty much any decor. Very nice bed and relatively easy to put together. I am a 60 y/o female and put it together by myself. I personally don’t think it is as hard to put together as some reviews make it seem. It’s made with good heavy wood and feels nice and sturdy. Plenty of support for the mattress on all sides and in the middle so I don’t expect and mattress sagging. All the pieces were well labeled and instructions were mostly clear. I had to look at the pictures and kind of guess on a couple steps but overall good assembly instructions. Don't expect high quality... You get what you pay for here. It's nice and seems sturdy but it's definitely cheap. Very fake looking veneer, the drawers don't actually attach to the bed they just roll under. If you need something affordable that looks good, I'd recommend. Read more
