Review: Cyrank Kids Water Bottle, 150ml Mini Metal Water Bottles Stainless Steel
My brain is American and most easily operates in ounces. I ordered this after seeing mini, and not registering the Ml. Conversion. My 11 year old son likes to drink a small amount of hot chocolate at the bus stop each chilly morning, 6-8 ounces. His current insulated cup is 16 ounces larger and bulkier than he needs, but unfortunately this mini150ML size translates to 5oz of liquid. Less hot chocolate than he drinks. While we can’t use it for hot cholcolate we did fill it with hot medicinal tea that he sipped while sick. The remaining tea stayed hot about two hours, with several sips that required taking the lid off and replacing after each sip. I keep thinking about occasions where I’d need a thermos for 5 or less ounces and all I can come up with is traveling with hot Saki wine, or transporting cold freshly juiced medicinals mixed with cold press juice like ginger orange juice or fresh turmeric extract. If you are here you probably alredy have a use for the 5ounce capacity or less. I haven’t yet tested cold liquid, but the hot when opened several times stayed hot 2 hours. I suspect longer when not opened, and the seal prevented any leaking even when laid on its side for longer periods. Read more
