I’ve had this toiletry bag for almost three years now, and I’m still very happy with it. I travel frequently, and it has held up extremely well - no issues whatsoever. I really like the different compartments, which make it easy to stay organized. The size is just right: not too small, but not bulky either. It fits everything I need without taking up too much space in my suitcase. The bag feels sturdy and well made, and the metal hook is strong and very practical for hanging it in hotel bathrooms. These are amazing bags. I own 3 of them already. One smaller size which is perfect for travel to Mexico for a week for myself and my husband has the larger size because I make him carry the travel hair dryer. They hold a lot of stuff! They are precisely put together so that when filled correctly, they fit like puzzle pieces. They are definitely quality materials brought together to create a durable, well made, attractive product for a fair price. For those that think outside the box....these bags are very useful for more than toiletries. My third bag, the second large one, is what I stuff my coloring gel pens and color pencils as well as my journal pens and a whole host of other goodies in there. No shortage of compartments for organizing. These would have been great for my kids if Amazon had been around then...great for travel in the plane or car. I really like this product. Bought this on March 2nd, 2022. Love this bag and it has traveled all over with me. It is durable, spacious and great for being able to break out items into numerous compartments. Great value and price that has stood the test of time for much longer and much stronger than bags I had that cost twice the amount. Whether I pack the bare-bones basics or the trips where I like to bring all comforts, it has done so well for me. For the few times when items have leaked or broken inside the bag, the leaks are controlled to the section they are in. This is the second of these bags I have owned. I trashed the first one that I had for 10+ years and bought the exact same one again. If I were to complain, Ii wish it was just a little smaller. I bought this toiletry bag to replace a red nylon Ikea one I'd had for many years with similar features, size and shape. I chose the cognac brown color (dark tan with light tan zippers) with the leather-like trim - as a woman this masculine touch is pleasing and reminds me of my dad who is no longer with me. I always keep my toiletry bag hanging in the bathroom because it keeps my makeup brushes, tools, and small cosmetic items handy, and it makes it quick and easy to pack for a trip. One of the reasons I chose the D & D bag is because it has mesh pockets rather than just clear vinyl (which can show wear and tear very quickly). Unlike my Ikea bag, the two upper mesh zip pockets in this bag are laminated with translucent vinyl, making them sturdier and easy to wipe clean. See-through pockets were a must. As I started transferring my things into the new bag, I was unsure whether everything would fit the way I wanted. Then I realized I'd overlooked three mesh compartments hidden in the inside front of the main compartment. Everything fits beautifully with room to spare and is easily accessible. The two side zipper pockets fit my razor and eyelash curler nicely and they also come with mesh compartments. There's also an outside pocket I'm sure will come in handy, easily accessible when the bag is zipped up. The hanger is sturdy, and I like that it secures inside with Velcro when zipping the bag, unlike my Ikea bag where the hanger would flop around. The tan color bag, unlike the other colors, is a heavy canvas with a nice textured feel to it. I was concerned when I noticed two blotches on the exterior from something I'd spilled inside my travel bag that I was pretty sure was oil-based. Whatever it was, I was pleased to find that simply taking a washcloth with some liquid soap and lightly rubbing the spots for a few seconds removed them completely. The bag is well-sewn, the material is sturdy, it is well-designed and attractive too. It seems like it will last a good many years. Purchased on a whim for my work trip, and super happy with the choice. I liked my previous bag (a simple leather dopp kit), but it didn't have much room and was very disorganized. I wanted a kit that was larger and would make it easier to find the specific items I needed, without emptying the entire bag. This bag feels very durable, The textiles and zippers are of the quality I expected. I liked how each compartement was separated, but still came together in a compact package (only slightly larger than the size of my previous kit). The bag's variety of pocket shapes and cavities made finding a home for each item a breeze. Hanging it up isn't necessary for use, but does make it easier to navigate. Very easy to find the specific items I needed, and no concerns of bottles opening and making a mess inside. Even if they did, I had no concerns of "contaminating" the rest of my toiletries.
