I ordered two of these. One 60/40” and one 40/30”. The 40/30” fixture was fine. My electrician came to install them and noticed the top tier doesn’t have connections on the frame to attach the bottom frame (the 40” tier). I tried contacting the seller to just get the top tier replaced since the box is huge and weighs over 100 lbs. You can talk to the seller. Amazon’s customer service reps are very friendly but have absolutely no idea how to order replacement pieces. Instead, they shipped me another entire fixture. They said it’d be delivered the next day since my electrician was already scheduled to install these. That didn’t happen. It was delivered 5 days later. My electrical came back today to install it, and this one has the same issue. The inventory Amazon has for this seller has a manufacturing defect but you can’t explain this to them and you can’t talk to the seller directly. So now I have to return 2 boxes that weigh over 100lbs each. The seller really needs to get involved to correct this. The pictures show the connection point on one side to connect it to the ceiling but there aren’t connection points on the bottom to connect the bottom tier. The aesthetic design is great and I love the dull gold color. the crystal glass is very nice too. The 120v g4 bulbs it needs aren't too common but I could find one or two options on amazon thank fully. Make sure not to push the rod with the wire entering through the side too much.
