I loved the IDEA of one liquid with nearly everything I need on one bottle. However, I personally cannot stomach this. The liquid is chunky and gross and tastes terrible. I don't know if it is spoiled or they just cannot figure out how to mix it properly but there is chunky stuff at the bottom. Did some research and it appears that the amino acids and greens listed are in too small dosages to make meaninful difference, some of the vitamins dont tend to mix well with others (hence the gross chunks), mixing it all in one makes ingredients degrade faster over time, and minerals compete with each other for absorbtion by your body. So I found this to be a waste of money I just could not force myself to drink it. I opted instead to actually research which SPECIFIC ingredients would be most beneficial for my own health concerns, then invested in a smoothie machine and purchased the supplements separately to mix into a morning smoothie with yogurt that has 25g protein.
