Does it work? Who knows. As for the taste, as others have said, it’s not great, but then again it’s not being sold as a refreshing summer beverage. It’s does not mix well and clumps up when mixed with a spoon in a glass, but I found the trick. Get one of those plastic shaker containers with the metal wire ball (used for mixing up protein shakes etc). Put it in there and shake. It mixes completely… no clumps at all. On another note, what some folks are saying about the toxic chemical warning… that is required for sale in California I believe. It’s the Prop 65 warning. It’s put on practically every supplement and anything else you can think of. It’s on signs when you walk into any restaurant or even a grocery stores, day care centers for your kids or any other business. It’s basically warning you that if you have a pulse, there’s a possibility no matter how remote, that you might, possibly, could be under certain undefined circumstances be possibly exposed to one or more over over 900 chemicals on the state list at large or infinitesimally small quantities. If you check the product information this has a lead warning attached to this. Horrible flavor. Tastes like a a pill that’s started to dissolve too quickly in your mouth. Based on the flavor alone, especially if you have to take it daily, I would not recommend. The package is small not worth the price. Don’t be mislead. The images inflate the size of the canister. The container is also only half full to help further mislead you. The powder doesn’t dissolve right away, looks gross. I will be returning, I can’t do this daily. Read more

This product might be trying to do a little too much. It's got electrolytes and the right aminos to be an exercise recovery drink, but it's also got collagen, gut health stuff, and caffeine? These are very different things. Aside from that confusion I found it to be a refreshing post-workout and hydration drink, except that the caffeine isn't helpful for that. Read more
