This cottage cheese is delicious and is notable for the lack of any gums or thickeners. However this size of container is quite small - - perhaps ideal for a lunchbox, but otherwise it is environmentally wasteful. You could get the same result with a reusable container and a larger and more economical package of Daisy cottage cheese. Read more
