The "Campus" series is my favorite travel backpack series. I have a smaller one, and I got this one so I had the option of carrying more stuff on the plane. It seems to still count as a personal item, but your airline might be different. I used it on my last vacation and it was perfect for holding all the stuff I want to carry with me like chargers, a knitting project, snacks, water bottles, my sweatshirt, and all my devices.
