They are very warm, perfect for wearing as a base layer. I am 5'8" 165#, with an athletic build. I ordered the medium, and they fit snugly. If you are any heavier or have a belly, I would recommend going up a size or even two. They have held up to hard work and several washes. Yet they are nice enough to wear under a dress shirt if you are going to be in a colder environment. These came recommended by a coworker. I’ve been wearing theseThermal Compression Shirts for a little while now, and I’m pretty happy with them. Here’s my thoughts: Comfort & Fit The shirts fit well. The large runs a little smaller, however not too tight, and they feel comfortable throughout the day and makes for a good under layer in the winter. I’ve worn them under other clothes and even for workouts, and they don’t feel restricting at all. The fabric isn’t that soft however I am good with the feel.
