We originally bought this as a safety measure to keep young grandkids out of our meds when we visit, & for when they are here. We wanted a combo lock already installed on the bag, & this one is perfect. There is no worry as long as it is locked properly, & the chosen passcode combo is not in place. (Even at that, it stays in our room out of reach). The two side buttons to release the lock are not child friendly, so that’s an extra measure of security. The bag is extremely roomy, & easy to adjust for your bottle sizes in the main compartment. We bought it in September ‘23, & noticed tonight it’s fraying & separating on one side of the top. That said, & to be totally fair, it is used on a daily basis, as we decided to keep our prescription meds in it at all times in case of emergency trip or whatever. I honestly think it had a slight undetectable defect when we got it, & that happens to the best of anything. Yes, it’s still a five-star purchase & I am not even considering any other bag as a replacement. I even bought one for a family member who must travel frequently for doc visits, etc. One more thing - it has a reflective strip to help locate the bag in the dark. Side note…the strip works, & might cause a moment’s panic in the middle of the night. 😁 Read more
Never worry again! I have PoTS and pvc’s so I have a lot of heart related supplements and due to an injury I have permanent pain management medication as well. This has made keeping everything in one bag, organized and locked a breeze. If you travel a lot I would highly recommend this bag. It’s well made. Has lots of space and storage. Even if you don’t have a lot of medical supplies this is a great travel bag for toiletries and jewelry as well, and then essentials like Tylenol and pepto. Read more
I ordered this to hold medications for a convention I attended. The adjustable organization pockets were fantastic and the elastic pocket held 8 lidocaine patches without anything flying out. It was easy to use, didn't have any odd smell, and the zipper is a good quality. I got my entire medicine cabinet to easily fit without any straining; I'm a pharmacist, so you know I have self management medications out the whazoo. I had everything from gauze to cough drops, to anti itch creams, to lactose intolerance meds. It fit into my standard backpack on its side so I could travel around the convention floor. Damn good purchase. Read more
The only reason I gave this bag four stars is it lacks loops on the sides where a strap could snap on and the interior flap between top and bottom sections has nothing to keep in in place. I’d looked at several bags to organize my meds because I go back and forth between multiple locations, and I was tired of using plastic bags for my meds (where I had to dig around to find the right bottle and occasionally had to replace the plastic bag). I chose this one because it was the perfect size, the fabric looked like good quality (it is), and there were a variety of organizers. Note that the bag is still pretty big. I mean, it would take 1/6-1/4 of a large suitcase and half of a carry-on, but I’m only using it for car travel. Recommendation: set out your meds (or other contents) on a table. Organize and bunch them up one against the other. Measure the grouping. That will give you a sense of the size of bag you need. I do plan to modify the bag by putting black Velcro on the inside to hold the dividing flap in place (up and out of the way), and I’m going to sew D-rings on the sides — or have a cobbler do it — so I can clip on a shoulder strap. Once I do that, it will be perfect. I have my prescription meds in the bottom along with some supplements in bigger bottles. Because you can put the dividers where you want, configuring it to suit your needs is easy. I have AM meds in one compartment, PM meds, occasional meds, and OTC meds in four different slots, and the larger supplement bottles in another big section. (I inserted a piece of heavy cardboard cut to size in the bottom under the dividers. That keeps the bottom flat so small bottles won’t go under the dividers when the bottom of the soft bag sags as it’s lifted.) In the top I have a small tube of hand cream, toothbrush/toothpaste, nail clippers, tweezers and a 3.5” small mirror, a couple of eye dropper bottles with tinctures, bandaids, Neosporin tube, mascara, and bottle of makeup/coverup. When I go to do an overnight babysitting gig at my granddaughters’ I only have to grab PJ’s, a clean shirt, and this bag, and I’m set. I’ve been using the bag about 3 weeks and love it. The fabric is excellent quality and seems it will be easy to wipe off. I may spray the bag with waterproofing and a stain barrier spray because I plan to use this a long time. This bag would be an excellent first aid bag. Or good for carrying breast pump attachments and nursing supplies. Definitely recommend. I’m going to by a second one for additional supplements and other personal care items that are secondary but still needed every so often. Read more
This is built very well and it will last. I love the ability to adjust the size of the compartments in the lower setup. My only qualm with this is the locking mechanism. For me, it’s difficult at best to get the zippers lined up with the little pieces and to actually get the bolts through the zipper pull holes. Read more
I went from using ziplock bags for years to this storage bag. I don't have a ton of meds but I really like that they are all standing in compartments zipped up in this nice storage bag. Finding which medication I need is simple and fast. I'm not having to dig around in a plastic bag for one medication that takes 7 minutes. The value for the price is excellent for me. Read more
Bought this for my mother who is in assisted living, living with my father who needs full time care. She can keep and disperse her own meds, so we needed a locked medicine box. This is light weight and very easy to use. We bought two, one for her over the counter meds and one for her prescription meds. The locking system is simple and easy to create your own combination and easy for her to open. Would highly recommend this! Read more
