The specs say this microwave is 1100 watts. It's actually 700 watts. Other than that, it arrived early, works as expected, and you can turn the beeps off. I'll just need to cook my food longer than I did with my last microwave. I'm medium happy with this purchase. Read more
I bought this microwave twice. The first time it did not warm anything. Customer service instructed me to return it. I purchased the microwave again. This time when I put it on the kitchen counter one side was higher than the other because one of the front supports was defective. There is no way to adjust it. Because one corner of the microwave was lower then the other, the bottom of the microwave door run up against the counter. As a result the door could not be fully opened. I was disappointed when I received this 0.7 sqft microwave. I'm tired of replacing microwaves because the condensation gets under the thin painted ceramic making the microwave unusable usually under 2 years. This one showed a stainless interior, but came with the thin ceramic. Additionally, the touchpad is not sensitive enough so I have to push the numbers many times to get it to work. Lastly, it arrived previously opened with the screw packet cut open and other obvious things. I paid for a NEW microwave. Very disappointing. Read more
I hung this under a cabinet so my cooking space had more space. The first one I got malfunctioned however the customer service was top notch. Immediately got sent a new one and was refunded for the first before the return ship even left UPS Read more
