The actual bag is very well made. Sturdy material and oh so glittery! But when I tried to put the garment rack together for the first time, one of the supporting poles was broken. Customer service was great! Responded very timely and even sent me a whole new bag (in a different color because the one I ordered was out of stock) so I could use the pole from that set. I got my original bag in just a couple of days but my replacement took almost 2 weeks. I opened the new bag and got the pole to use with my original bag and one of the poles in that bag was broken. So between two bags, I have one complete set of parts and two broken pieces. I am nervous to see how long it will hold up. Again, the bags themselves seem to be made well. It's the poles for the garment rack that are iffy at best. Fingers crossed! Read more

I bought this dance competition bag for my daughter, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. After using it only three times, the top rack completely broke. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be used to carry dance costumes and accessories, especially for competitions. The materials are very low quality and poorly made. The bag looks nice at first, but it is clearly not durable at all. For the price, I expected something much stronger and reliable. Instead, it broke almost immediately with normal use. Read more
