We got two pairs of these socks! Great for cold weather as well as for skiing! I would think they are a little too large but the purpose of them is to protect from cold temps. So I guess that's part of their purpose! No complains, the quality seems to be very good and durable! Read more
Bought these for a trip in January when I knew I would need to be walking around a lot in freezing temps. These were thick enough to give a great boost of warmth, but not so bulky they made my shoes or boots uncomfortable. I normally wear compression stockings most days, and although these don't have the same level of compression I'm used to, I felt like they provided enough support for active days. They wash nicely and stay soft, but not quick to dry. These will be my go to pair for comfort and warmth. Read more
They were a little scratchy for merino wool. Used them on Alaska motorcycle adventure. Hopefully they’ll soften up over time, but not so far. I still like them though. Read more

Great socks. Added some extra cushion, but most importantly kept my feet warm and dry, even when snow and moisture got in my boot (yikes!). They have several compression areas (for athletic performance, I guess), which felt odd at first but worked well. Also, I purchased to “long” socks, and they are definitely long. I’m 5’4”, and the tops would have come up exactly to my knee fold. This wasn’t comfortable for me, so I folded the top sock band down once, just UNDER the knee bend, and it was great. These fit really well and wore well on a recent trip to Europe. Allowed me to wear Blundstones which I thought might be too cold and the socks kept my feet comfortable and warm. Additionally, the long length kept my legs warm so I didn't need thermal underwear as I thought I might. Keep it up! Read more
These are good socks but are thinner than all of my other Danish Endurance socks. I had to put extra socks on for snowy skiing. There is added thickness in shin area. Maybe these are thin by design but should be thicker for cold weather skiing. Read more
I don't know about you, but I seem to have a problem with socks falling down my calf. I'm VERY pleased with these socks and their fit. They are warm, stylish, and stay in place.
