Absolutely no quality checks were done. The eye holes are two different sizes and shapes, and where they are seemed in the middle is a fat chunk of fabric barely attached by a few threads. The space between the eyes and mouth is so big it seems to be a "chin hole". There's also a knot by the mouth accompanied by this rat tail of extra fabric that dangles over my lips.
