4K Dash Cam This is first dash cam for me. I bought it for the price, the 4K Video, which is very good, and for the up to 512 GB memory card. It has GPS, MPH and Night Vision plus many more features that I like. It was delivered on time though Amazon. It was Very easy to set up. Directions vary easy to understand. I use windows 11 for play back. I download the software that came with the Dash Cam. The GXPlayer. Vary easy to install and use. The only 2 things that I can say that need improving is the Wi/FI and the battery life on the camera. The Wi/fi is a little slow, and the battery life could last up to an hour with no power. I previously purchased one of these dash cams for one of my 4 vehicles. I am so happy with it that I purchased another for one of my other vehicles. It is very easy to install and very easy to set up the options in the menu. The clarity and the color of the imagery is super. Even during night time driving is performs phenomenally. Easy to set up and picture quality is amazing. I was skeptical on spending so much money on this because some reviews were bad but I love it. From my research there are two version so the app you download will be different (ucam or redtiger) depending on the version that gets shipped to you. Instructions in the manual on how to view/delete videos etc are confusing so I youtubed it and it made so much more sense. Picture quality is awesome! Some reviews were saying that it does not record at night. That is because it will only record all night long 24/7 if it is hard wired to your car; otherwise it will only record when you're car is turned on and you're driving it. Read more

The media could not be loaded. My only problem is size of videos,,,after the fact I changed from 3 min clips to 1 min clips. Still to get to a place to actually send a video, I had to edit video down to 10 sec. That seems to work. As a class a driver I have experienced many close calls on the highways and interstates. I have tried using cheap plastic dash cameras like you'd find on Wish and Temu. After one particular experience I searched here for a nice quality camera with verified purchasers and I came across this product. It was marked down with a sponsored promotion with an additional coupon totaling 50% off so I bought it. After installing it in my truck and using it I reviewed the footage to see the quality and accuraccy of the camera and I was amazed. To some that might be silly but again I have only used cheap products. It there is an app that you can use with it and many people have left poor reviews regarding the app. I have not experienced any issues like they have depicted. So far, I am happy with my purchase of this dash cam. It does what it is suppose to do. I have not needed it for any accident evidence, so I cannot comment on those features. It was easy to mount, and get started up. I bought a separate SD card and formatted it in the camera. The menu takes a little bit to familiarize your self with. The one thing I wish was different was having to format every time the card gets full. I see a feature that will overwrite every one, two, or five minute you choose, but that seems to short of time to overwrite. I might be missing some thing on this feature, but maybe an indication of what is left on the SD card would be nice instead of needing to format while you are driving. Read more

The WiFi function is horrible and so is the Play Store app...rated poorly. Viewing the videos or pictures is extremely slow and tedious. If you mount the unit on the dash, everything is upside down with no setting to flip the display. It cannot be mounted on a fairly perpendicular windshield to the body. You'll just be looking at the hood. Night vision is fairly poor too. Bright lights is about all you will see at night...not as described. The website is in Chinese with limited support and no other mounting supplies available for switching vehicles. No dash mount is available either as you cannot rotate or flip the display. The media could not be loaded. What a great camera. We got this before our road trip to Maine and it worked perfectly. The video is high definition and the installation was super simple. I’m definitely going to get one for my parents. It plugs right into your cigarette lighter or you can get it hardwired.
