I’ve been driving for years, and the Gleetour G2 dual dash cam is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made for my car. The 4K front and 1080P rear cameras deliver incredible clarity—every detail, from license plates to road signs, is perfectly crisp. The wide 170° front and 150° rear angles make blind spots almost nonexistent, giving me peace of mind every time I hit the road. What really impressed me was how it performed during a recent road trip. Later that night, on a dark highway, the night vision worked flawlessly. Thanks to the F1.55 large aperture and HDR/WDR technologies, I could see oncoming cars, road signs, and even a deer that ran across the road. The footage was so sharp, I shared it with friends through the app—it felt like reliving the moment all over again! One feature that really stood out was the memory card alert system. My toddler once pulled out the memory card without me realizing it. When I started the car, the dash cam immediately gave a “DIDI” alert to let me know the card was missing. Without this alert, I wouldn’t have noticed until much later—probably when I needed the footage. It’s a small but incredibly thoughtful feature that gives me confidence the dash cam is always ready to protect me. Installation was a breeze. The step-by-step video guide and detailed manual made setup quick and easy—I was up and running in about 20 minutes. You can really tell this is a high-quality product from a trusted brand. The design is user-friendly, and everything feels well thought out. If you’re looking for a reliable, feature-packed dash cam that delivers both performance and convenience, the Gleetour G2 is perfect. Whether it’s for a road trip, daily commute, or protecting your car while parked, this dash cam has it all. Highly recommended to anyone who values safety and quality! Read more

I'm a tech enthusiast, so when I shop for gadgets, I dive deep into the specs and real-world implementation. The Gleetour dash cam has been on my radar for a while due to its feature set, and I finally pulled the trigger. After two months of use, here's my detailed take. Let's start with the build quality and design. This isn't your flimsy, plasticky dash cam. It has a solid, matte black finish with a sleek, low-profile design that looks fantastic mounted behind my rearview mirror. It complements the interior of my Audi A4 perfectly—it looks OEM. I actually bought one as a gift for my brother, and he was thrilled with how premium it felt. It's a gift that says, "I care about your safety and have good taste." The dual-loop recording is a genius feature that many overlook. Cheaper cams will stop recording when the card is full if important files (like event locks) take up space. Not this one. It continuously overwrites the oldest non-protected files, ensuring you're never driving unprotected. I tested the G-sensor by tapping the windshield, and it instantly locked the file and kept on recording seamlessly. This is critical for ensuring you always have a record of your journey. Another brilliant, albeit understated, feature is the memory card health alert. Most people don't check their SD cards regularly, and a failure means you're driving without a camera, unaware. My Gleetour recently flashed a warning that the card was nearing the end of its life. I would have never known otherwise. This proactive alert alone can prevent a catastrophic data loss in the event of an accident. This is next-level thinking from Gleetour. The standard screen is also a huge plus. I've used cams with tiny, narrow screens where you can't see the menu settings or playback details properly. The Gleetour's screen is large and clear, making initial setup and reviewing footage in the car a breeze. My only complaints are minor. The shipping was a bit slower than I'm used to with Amazon, taking about five business days. Also, I was surprised there was no electronic manual in the box or a QR code to one. I had to search for it online, which was a slight inconvenience for a tech product. Overall, this is a fantastically engineered device. The 18-month warranty is the cherry on top, showing Gleetour stands behind their product. Highly recommended for those who appreciate smart technology. Read more

Works well, was semi-easy to install due to needing to run the wire for the rear view camera (mounted on your rear window) Didn't ever need it with my recently sold truck, so can't comment on how well it works in an actual accident. Only thing I didn't like is that there is no way to have it stop running with the car off, unless you bought an additional "parking" cable. I was afraid it would run the battery down if I didn't drive the truck for a week or two. One day, the battery was completely dead, but I can't specifically blame the camera, because the car ran fine the day before. After a jump, it never happened again. Was difficult to program and select options since the 3" screen was the monitor to read the menu selections. Read more
