Bought this for my wife's car and it worked so well (set and forget) I bought one for myself. Video quality is good enough and it takes a wide field of view recording. Loop recording works great and is set and forget. Both cars have switched power USB ports so it turns on when the car is started and off when stopped. A 64GB card offers 4 hours of 1080p recording, 32GB 2 hours (did not test 128GB as I don't have one). I do not use the interior camera as I have no use for that. If I was a Lyft driver I would use it. Menu navigation is a bit clumsy, and the instructions aren't clear about some of the functions. But basically for auto start loop recording just set loop file time to 5 minute chunks (this means there won't be 240 individual files, just 48 for a 32GB card), set the date and time, and format the SD card. Basically that's it. Because it takes a bit to navigate the menu I suggest setting it up in the house then moving it to the car. Mounting the DVR is easy. The mount has an installed sticky pad to attach to the windshield. turn the DVR on so you can set the proper height before sticking the mount. That's about all. One DVR came with extra mount stickers, the other did not (not even one for the rear camera mount). Not an issue for me. I suspect mine was returned previously. All in all for the price this is a very east to use DVR. It blows away the DVR I bought a few years ago in quality, sound, and video format usability (this one does .avi files). Note: mounting upside down... In my truck I have a dash tray/organizer and I discovered mounting the DVR standing up on the mount works, but the DVR has no option to flip the image. So mine records upside down video. Does it matter? Maybe to some. I can easily flip the image using computer video player setting. Not ideal, but I still have a recording. Maybe a future version will have this simple option. Read more
The media could not be loaded. This car dash-cam will offer peace of mind when you’re behind the wheel. Mounted to your dashboard using it’s included 3M sticker and stand, this in-car cameras record the road on a rolling basis. By collecting video evidence from your vehicle, it can prove what happened in an accident, help you contest speeding tickets and other fender-bender, and even manage to reduce your insurance premiums. Camera setup was very easy. In case if anything happened, all you have to do is pull out the MicroSD card and read the files directly on your computer. Oh, and talking about MicroSD card, there is NO MicroSD card included with this camera, so you will have to buy one separately. Camera menu comes with all the settings you can find on pretty much all model of dash-cam. Although, I advise you to read the user manual to see if there are some settings which could be useful for your use or type of car. The in-cabin camera is also useful, if you are one of those Uber/Lyft drivers, to monitor what’s going on inside your car, and save the events as needed. The camera’s image quality is OK but not amazing though. So, don’t expect to have the same quality as those 4K dash-cams. But for the price, this device is a great entry-level camera to have for a peace of mind, and also it’s very affordable as well. Once it’s up and running you will soon forget about it though. It just sits there, quietly keeping an eye out, ready to save footage if you’re caught in anything suspicious. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I bought this because I moved to California and I wanted to make sure I'm safe out there on the road. For the price, this can't be beat! I love this little camera. It came with a long enough wire I was able to install the rear camera in my Ford Flex with no issues. Everything works, turns on, connects, and records (on it's own). It plugs right in to the cigarette lighter port. You just have to make sure you turn it off when you get out of the car though. Decent camera quality, enough to identify someone or a vehicle in an accident. The night vision seems to work well too. Great camera for the price! Read more
Extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The camera records clearly, comes with everything you need and is super easy to set up and use. The problem is with how it mounts to the car. You stick it to the bottom of your rear view mirror (not a problem, doesn't impede view). The problem is that you cannot tilt the camera independently of the mirror AT ALL. The ONLY way to tilt the camera is to tilt your mirror. This left me with 2 choices; use the camera with about 1/3 use of the mirror or tilt the mirror for full use and only record the sky with the camera. Overall barely 1 star. I cannot say it was a good value or well made due to this terrible design flaw (returned it due to frustration). Read more

Easy to setup it has the peel and stick base so make sure to use blue tape to mark where you want to stick the mount so when you peel off off and stick to windshield it where you want it. The power cord to it is perfect length for a sport utility vehicle or car. The video quality is good enough to get the job done. When you insert the SD card you will need to format it using the function button on screen very simple to do. Doesn't have wifi so you will have to remove the SD card and buy a SD card reader to pc to download video to your pc. My camera did not come with instructions but it was easy to figure out. ( Vary important ) video camera doesn't record in split screen if you attach the camera to the inside it overrides the forward camera so its best to not attach the second camera the faces to the inside of the car if you want the main camera recording whats in front of your car and it will not record a license plate even when at a stop light behind another vehicle. You can buy this identical camera from wish half the price Read more
Got this for a new vehicle, didn't want to have to route wires to the back of the car in order to record the rear. this was affordable and easy to setup. Quality is great for the price. Simple setup and protection that everyone on the road should have. Too many scary things happen on the road and a dashcam like this is great insurance. Read more
