Why on Earth, Dawn, would you change anything about the original scented Dawn? I was thrilled to find this original scent Dawn Ultra after discovering recently that they changed the scent to a new “fresh scent”… which is so overpowering and perfume-like that I cannot stand to wash my dishes with it. The original scent is perfect for handwashing dishes, pots and pans. This scent is mild and does not linger on your dishes, which is the point because you do not want to taste perfume in your washed dishes, cups, etc. All I can say is please bring back this original Dawn scent. I think it was a major mistake to make it more powerfully scented. It wasn’t necessary. I’ll keep getting the original scent as long as I can still find it. I love blue dawn and use it for everything. The product is wonderful, however ordering from Amazon might not be the preferred option as the blue dawn bottle was simply placed into a flimsy packing box contained no packing materials and broke open in transit and, although the dawn container did not break, it did leak out into the shipping box which caused a bit of a mess.
