Nothing beats Dawn!

I love my Dawn dish soap. I use it for almost everything in the house. This package with 3 bottles is handy and allows for months worth of product. I use this in mopping, shining, mirrors, windows, bath, kitchen...the possibilities are endless. Pair this with a Scrub Daddy/Mommy brush and works wonders. Also works well in the laundry removing stains/oil marks. The easy squeeze lid has never leaked, I store it with the lid side down and have never had any issues. Semi drying to hands but I have this issue with any soap so could be a personal issue that's occurring. Being a nurse, my hands and skin are very dry regardless. Read more

Dawn has become my go to for Dishes and more!

Dawn Detergent for Multiple Uses around the house. Add to some baking soda, water and peroxide for a multipurpose cleaner on stains and lots more instead of buying more “cleaners” that are costly and don’t work. It’s something we always keep on hand and works better than most other cleaners I’ve used—and way less expensive. Try it on an area you won’t see for test of course but it’s worked on stains and places that nothing else has. Worth a try with Dawn! And of course dishes! Read more

I only use Dawn

I like Dawn's viscosity and how well it cuts through grease. The bottle is easy to use and adjust the amount you put on your sponge. It's refillable so you can buy it in bulk and just refill. Read more

Great Idea!

I prefer Dawn as it seems to me that it makes more bubbles so I can use less. But after I tried the upside down style I am a customer for life. One never has to wait for even a second no matter how little amount of the product is left. I feel like I am squeezing my monies-worth out of it. I would tell anyone to give it a try. Read more

maybe it does save wildlife - it also DECIMATES insects

We had a flea problem in our house, so we went online to find things that we could do above/beyond having an exterminator come in and spray toxic chemicals, and we read that a mixture of Dawn original blue dish detergent and water will kill fleas. Chemicals in Dawn are able to penetrate the fleas' hard shell and then they'll essentially just drown in a drop of water. We had spray bottles filled with this stuff on every level on our house. I started spraying it around our house and in the basement, which was flea "ground-zero." After about 2 weeks we had no fleas in the basement... we also had no centipedes, spiders or "camel crickets" in the basement, either. I sprayed it on our deck near the back door, because I was afraid that the stray/feral cats that we feed in our yard may have brought the fleas and would bring them onto our deck where we could possibly bring them inside the house. Not only did we not have any fleas on our deck after spraying this stuff, but we also had no ants, earwigs or any other crawly insect for weeks after. I sprayed a mosquito in the house and killed it instantly in midair. I'm not bragging about that, or even pleased about my campaign of wholesale insect murder, but along with other measures taken, I believe Dawn was integral in helping to get the flea infestation under control. It DID cause my husband and I to develop red, itchy skin rashes from being in constant contact with it. For that reason, and because it's so effective at killing insects, I wonder about the wisdom of washing one's dishes with whatever chemicals are in this stuff. For saving wildlife and if I ever have to do battle with fleas again, I'll use Dawn. For dish-washing, I think I prefer something more natural, and less deadly. Read more

My Only Brand

Only brand I will use. I know there are store brands and knock off brands that people swear are just as good but nothing suds up, beats grease, washes dishes and lasts as long as Dawn original does. I would rather pay for the name brand and have it work on my dishes giving my spotless and clean dishes versus having spots and having to rewash or use more soap than necessary just to get them clean.
