Did not know what to expect for quality when I ordered this but wow, I have not been this impressed with a product for a while! 5 star for quality, 5 star for design, 5 star for packaging and 5 star for instructions. I ordered the wood looking one and thought it might be fake wood like a veneer or metal that looks like wood, but it was the real thing and it was so easy to install.
