I used this to trigger an intermediate reservoir pump for an indoor portable air conditioner. The way I set it up, I didn't necessarily need the whole 10 seconds, just enough to start a siphon flow. However I did set it to approximately 10 seconds. I did get some funky behavior where it would repeatedly trigger, but that could've been due to my float switch - I didn't go through the effort of troubleshooting it. Since I wanted to trigger the pump on, I used the COM-CK terminals instead of COM-CB. It's been hooked up to a small 12V battery for several weeks and it drained it at some point (to the point it won't trigger the relay), so a constant 12v is likely a better power source.
