I wouldn’t call these slippers. They are a comfortable indoor lounge shoe. I also wear them when I need to take out the garbage and don’t feel like putting proper outdoor footwear on. Over the years I almost exclusively purchase Dearfoam Slippers, as they are the most comfortable house shoes you can get. And these "Lounge Clogs" are no different. They are very comfortable and soft to walk on. But what I really like about these, compared to any previous slippers I got, is that the sole underneath is very quite to walk on (very nice when you stay up late and don't want to disturb anyone) and it also has a good grip and is slip proof. Because of the high rim of the Sole, you can also go outside and even walk through a little bit of water, without the sides of the slipper getting soaked (very useful if you want to get the Mail or your morning paper). I wear a size 13 shoe. Some of the reviews said it ran a little small so I felt safe ordering a size XL (13-14). However, when I tried them on they were already too large. These always have a tendency to stretch over time so I am concerned they will be too large and not easy to walk in. I will keep this pair and hope they don't stretch at all, but we shall see.
