Works wonderfullly. There is oil on my wall because I spray oil on my hair, and I could not get the oil spots off until I bought this steam cleaner. The only thing is that Brushes are so good that they brush off the oil and the wall PAINT. I only want the oil off. So I have to figure how to get that done without destroying the paint on the wall. Plus there is water everywhere when you use it no matter what. But other han that very good purchase. I can deep clean my entire apartment. Read more

Edit: I wish this steamer had a trigger actuator for the steam. That feature would make this the perfect little steamer. I took one star away as the steam (lots of it as mentioned below) is constantly spewing forth and it would be super nice if you could stop the steam for a few seconds, or cut it to a mere trickle, to move or regroup your cleaning. Aside from lacking that one small feature, this is still an amazing steamer! Ok. To preface this review, I went from a big-name portable hand-held steamer that just had a recall. I purchased this generic steam cleaner from Amazon with high-hopes but low expectations. This little guy is really pretty amazing. The body of this steamer is about the size of the big name steamer, slightly larger, but almost double the size water tank. Then the power cord is removable, which is convenient for storage, but when tou plug this thing in and turn it on, be ready. With the old steamer it took a few minutes to heat up, this one takes a few seconds! Less than 20-seconds and a generous amount of steam is coming through the hose to the tip. I was tightening the attachment and DAMN! got super hot within seconds. The hose is about 6' so yo have PLENTY of reach to clean. You can set the main unit down or there is a convenient carry handle. I mentioned the generous amount of steam previously, but this thing puts out probably quadruple the amount of steam that the old one did! Makes for a MUCH QUICKER clean!! Now I've only used it once, so I can't yet speak on reliability or longevity. If it breaks down in the next year, I'll update. But so far, so good as this will cut cleaning time into a quarter of the time the old steamer took. So far I am very satisfied with this purchase! Read more

This is the second steam cleaner I’ve bought. They’re very handy for cleaning. I feel like whatever I clean with it is reasonably sterile. Be careful the first time you use it that you don’t grab the wand anywhere except the handle - because it does get very hot. Read more

Worthless. All I can say is don't waste your money. Took me over an hour to steam clean a shower and it just doesn't either steam hot enough or not enough power and I had it on the next to the highest number and still had to go over and over on the same spots) it won't remove anything in a short time of at all.
