I'm a repeat client. I've owned a pair in black for that I wear occasionally. After 5+ years, the glue on the soles finally gave out and I threw them away since they are not repairable with rubber soles. I purchased another black pair that fit exactly like the old pair, comfortable, dressy, and nice-looking. The newest pair are brown and just as comfortable. However, they feel just a bit tight, so I wear them with thinner socks to solve that problem. I'll buy them again when they fall apart again in five years. Read more

They were fine for a little while, but there is plastic inside the backs of the shoes to help maintain rigidity in the back of the heel, and the more you walk, the more this plastic breaks down. I often find myself walking on little bits of sharp plastic that find their way from the back of the shoe to under my foot. It's extremely annoying. The laces that came with them are also comically long. They are usually dragging on the floor and come untied often. Read more
