Very happy I purchased this for my son’s soccer ‘stuff’. Is it the cheapest bag? No. But IMO it’s a great value because of excellent quality, materials and functional design. So far, seems very durable. We expect this to last a long time. Special callouts: 1. 5 ‘smart’ pockets in addition to main compartment. My favorite is the side pocket with holes that allow him to air out his stinky cleats. He likes the side pocket for his water bottle amd inside pocket for his phone. 2. The main compartment has plenty of room for his soccer ball (size 5) + extra shirt and for his zip up. 3. There are a few clever handles beyond the back straps that are extra convenient for carrying. Gave it a week of use before writing a review so we could assess it properly. My 13 year old really has been liking the bag. It has plenty of pockets and storage space for not only his gear but his iPad, school binders, books, etc so it really acts as an all-in-one. Even though it has a lot of storage space, it’s not bulky or oversized. The bag is well made and sturdy so will last beyond just a season. I think the best part is that it is not just for sports - I can see myself using it to travel or as an overnight bag with its large pockets and secure zip space. Definitely recommend purchasing! I am a coach who played basketball growing up. Finding the perfect basketball backpack is important. I need a lot of pockets for everything in my bags/backpacks. This backpack is the perfect size for any athlete and made of very durable material. There is a lot of space in the backpack because of the way it's designed. It has so many pockets for everything! There is nothing else like it! What is really nice is that the backpack has holes on the front for jibbitz. Everyone's backpacks get mixed up so you have to find a way to mark your own so with this jibbitz holder, every player can visibly see absolutely which bag is theirs. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to because this bag is of such high quality. We're using it for both sports as well as travel, and after our first trip with it, I found it super convenient and sturdy. The stitching is really nice and shows attention to detail (e.g., how it looks on the padded back support) and the zippers and buckles are really high quality. It carries a lot of stuff - books/activities, clothes, snacks, equipment, etc - but without looking big or too bulky. And it's really great that it opens up the way it does, because you can access things in the bag easily without having to dig down to the bottom. With kids and all the things we're lugging around, that's a huge plus. It's also really comfortable carrying around - doesn't hang too low or back even when it's stuffed. This bag is excellent! I’ve been looking for a sports related bag for my kids that could be versatile and this bag delivered. The design was well thought out. The main compartment is spacious, able to fit large items like shoes or equipment, plus some apparel. The additional compartments are also very helpful for other items that our kids need, like notebooks, water bottles, etc., and our kids loved the section to add jibbitz to customize the bag and make it their own. In terms of construction, the bag was delivered exactly how it was displayed and feels very well made. The materials are durable and feel like they can handle whatever our teenagers will throw at it. And the fact that it’s a backpack, not a duffle bag, makes it even more comfortable to wear and use. It took me awhile to find a bag like this. This was a Christmas gift for my 11yr old and she started using it last week for games and practice. Great bag. Funtional. Fits everything, easy to carry, streamlined to the body when carrying. Just makes getting around easy and quick. I felt there was plenty of roomy pockets and places to keep things organized. The fabric is easy to wipe down and clean. Fabric quality and zippers and grips are sturdy. Worth the money in my opinion and especially compared to the usual bags you find at every sports store for the same price. I purchased this backpack for my young son who plays AAU ball and is very rough on his gear. It is a great size (not too big in profile), but still fit his ball, shoes, etc. for practices. The material is durable and well constructed, with thoughtfully designed pockets throughout. I particularly like that the ball is fully concealed (and not protruding out of an external pocket).
