Been using this over a month and used 110 lbs (2 45’s and a 20 lb kettlebell) today for dips again and no issues. Also used for dip belt weighed sumo squats with 120 lb dumbbell and weighted pull-ups with 40 lb dumbbell. Very good product. I recommend making sure the chain is nearly all the way tight and fabric of the belt is tucked around you or the chain will hang up a bit on the fabric. This always fixes itself when you lift the weight up on the belt. That’s the only change I might suggest is to make the free fabric on the front about 1/2” to 1” shorter to prevent this minimal issue. This product does 100% what it promises. Recommended. Read more
