Terrified to return
This stopped working after a couple of weeks. I know i can easily return it it without any problem but this is a Smart device that's now been connected to my phone. What if this is a scam and even I return it, it can be read and someone gains access to my information? Read more
INCREDIBLY INACCURATE.
Awful product. Only rating 2 because the sleep seems to be the only semi accurate thing. Steps are WILDLY overestimated. According to ring, I have been standing for over 9 hours. I haven’t even been awake for 9 hours. Also tells me I have taken 12,000+ steps. Have hardly walked today. App doesn’t always seem to reset after 24 hours. Sizing is wildly inaccurate. Compared inner diameter mm to Oura ring mm and they are very similar, so I thought when I tried the Oura ring on in the store that this one would fit very similarly and it’s insanely off. Do not buy this product for it is a waste of money. Read more

Some inaccuracies but comfortable!
I got this ring primarily for sleep and step tracking. The step tracking is fairly inaccurate, logging about 1-2k more steps than I’m actually taking (overcount seems to be common for smart rings at this point). The sleep tracking shows I’m sleeping for hours longer than I am - if I’m not being active, it says I’m asleep and there’s no way to edit the start/end time of my sleeping to eliminate some of the inaccuracy (e.g. I was watching a movie, and though I was awake, it logged it as sleep time and REM sleep!). However, it’s comfortable and convenient. You can change to imperial units from metric after initial set up. Oh - and their measurement guide isn’t accurate! (Edit - step count is more accurate if worn on index finger. If you’re seeking continuous monitoring as is the appeal of Oura and other higher end rings, this isn’t the one for you, because you need to prompt it to measure your blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygen…) Read more
