I got this computer to replace an older HP that had gotten slow and lacked Bluetooth. It works better than I could have hoped! The keyboard is excellent. A responsive keyboard is very important to me, and this one does not disappoint. Connected to Wi-Fi effortlessly, Bluetooth is a breeze. I find very few differences between WIN 10 on my old laptop to the WIN 11 here. I highly recommend it! This is a decent basic laptop, it is lightweight and has enough power for all the average tasks. However, the screen is terrible, it is an IPS panel, but the colors are subpar, even if calibrated. If it had been quality tested they would have seen that it had a bad fan processor - I not only paid almost 16$ to return it, but 200$ for my I.T. person to try to transfer my data from old to new.........not just the hours wasted! It took a week to get a refund. There wasn't an issue with the refund, just more time. Disappointed with whoever was in charge of quality control. Read more
